  Worm gear units
   

MRV - RV Series
The MRV gear motors are available with center distance from 30 mm to 150mm and with ratios from 1:7 to 1:100. The B14 flange positioned between the reducer and the motor makes the dimension of the lot as small as possible. These groups are predisposed for motors with power from 0,09 Kw to 22 Kw or higher (on request).
 
 
   

MRVP - RVP Series
The gearboxes motor reduction units of the MRVP and RVP series, thanks to the mating of a coaxial gearbox with a worm gearbox, offers the possibility to have higher reduction ratios without significant losses in performances. Ratios up to 1:610 can be reached with a minimum price increase compared to the worm gearbox alone.
 
 
 
   

MRV-MS® Device
The wormgear reduction units series MRV-MS®, have been produced form many years now with integral torque limiter, in the standard version, with external adjustment nut, shaft completely hollow and treated steel hubs and ground holes. The torque limiter version is produced for all the BW sizes and allows to safeguard the motion transmission in its components and maximum safety for the operating machines at reduced costs.
 
 
   
 
MRVC and RVC Combo
The mating of the groups MRVC and RVC for motorization with slow speeds is obtained mating two groups of the MRV range, to reach reduction ratios up to 1:10.000.
 
 
 
 
 
   
  Coaxial Reducers
   
 
MRC Series
Available also version with feet or with flange, the range of the helical gears series MRC is produced in 11 sizes and offers torques from 60 Nm to 9000 Nm. The reduction ratios go from 1:3 to 1:1400 and more. The motor power go from 0,12 Kw to 45 Kw. High final efficiency. The backlash mesh on the shaft is 15’. MRAP Series
The MT Mechanical Trading parallel shaft gear unit series MRAP are characterized by a wide range of assembly positions in the execution of the harder and most demanding works. The great choice available in the type of execution unables us to satisfy even the most peculiar needs. The high number of transmission ratios in some cases makes it possible to choose a lighter unit.
