BH Series

Available also version with feet or with flange, the range of the helical gears series BH is produced in 11 sizes and offers torques from 60 Nm to 9000 Nm. The reduction ratios go from 1:3 to 1:1400 and more. The motor power go from 0,12 Kw to 45 Kw. High final efficiency. The backlash mesh on the shaft is 15’. The noise level is 60-62 dBA.

	CONSTRUCTIVE BH CHARACTERISTICS

	Position and rotation
	The constructive characteristics of the gearboxes series BH allow several setting postitions (with feet and with falnge) and can rotate both directions

	Casing
	The case is made of cast iron G25, high resistance and watertight. The cases are opportunely dimensioned to favour the excanghe of heat with the external environment, in order to maintain at the optimal level all the time the working temperature of the lubricants and of the mechanical parts, resulting in improved efficency.

	Helical gears
	The helical gears are made of steel 18NiCrMo4 cemented, hardened and ground. The precision mechanical workings allow to reach optimal noise and efficency levels.

	Oil seals
	Special sealing components keep water and dust from getting into the wormbox’s inner parts, they guarantee optimal results also in the roughest working fields.
