RP Series
The MT Mechanical Trading parallel shaft gear unit series RP are characterized by a wide range of assembly positions in the execution of the harder and most demanding works. The great choice available in the type of execution unables us to satisfy even the most peculiar needs. The high number of transmission ratios in some cases makes it possible to choose a lighter unit.

Transmission ratios: 1/3 – 1/1.400

RP Series
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
 
 
CONSTRUCTIVE RP CHARACTERISTICS
 
Position and rotation
The constructive characteristics of the reducers series BH, allow several fixing options (with feet and with flange) and can rotate in both directions.
Cassing
The case is made of cast iron for high resistance and water tight.
The cases are suitably dimensioned to favour heat exchange with the external atmosphere in order to maintain the lubricant and moving parts operating temeperature withinn the admissible values, resulting in improved efficency.
Helical gears
Helical gears are made of cemented steel 18NiCrMo4 hardened and ground. The precision mechanical works allow to reach optimal efficency and noise levels.
Oil seals
Special sealing components keep water and dust from getting into the wormbox inner parts, this guarantees optimal results also in the roughest working fields.
